General Questions
Q. How do I sign up to receive details of new products and special promotions?
A. You can subscribe to our newsletter by clicking HERE. Many of the special offers I run are only available through the newsletter so it's well worth being in the loop! You can unsubscribe at any time.
Q. How much is postage & packing?
A. Delivery starts at £1.75 for Bee Gifts and £3.49 for everything else.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. I currently only ship within the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Craft Kits are all posted 2nd class Royal Mail as standard. Parcels are usually posted within 3 working days of receiving your order and most arrive 3-5 working days after being sent, although this can take longer at peak times such as Christmas. Bespoke commissions are all sent via a 24hr Royal Mail tracked service. If you live in Northern Ireland or The Scottish Highlands parcels can take upto 3 working days to arrive even on a next day service.
Q. Where can I read reviews from other people who have purchased a craft kit or had a bespoke commission made?

Q. Where did the name Wildflower Frames come from?
A. I've always loved flowers and bees and I work for a nature charity a couple of days a week. Between 2018 - 2020 I gave away hundreds of packets of wildflower seeds to customers so they could choose a little space to turn into a bee and butterfly haven. To further our commitment to the environment in November 2020 we partnered with One Tree Planted which means that every time a commission is booked a tree is planted in the Amazon Rainforest!
Q. What else do you do to to look after our planet?
A. I am committed to minimising the impact running a business can have on the environment and so alongside planting trees, since 2020 Wildflower HQ (Aka my home!) has run on 100% renewable energy. In addition to this packaging for products has been carefully selected with the environment in mind (eg my cello bags are plastic free), wood is FSC certified and off cuts from collages are upcycled/recycled. I am continually reviewing what more I can do so I expect this list will get longer in the future!
Q. I'm local to Warrington, can I collect?
A. Yes I'm happy to arrange a date/time for you to collect if you're local to Warrington. Please contact me on wildflowerframes@gmail.com before placing your order.
Q. Can I cancel my order/request a refund?
A.Bespoke Commissions - You can request a cancellation/refund up until you post your cards. Once you have posted your cards I am no longer able to issue a refund. Collages/message books are personalised custom made items and as per government guidelines are exempt from refunds unless faulty. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your finished collage and message book then please get in touch within 7 days of receiving them. This can be done via our CONTACT PAGE or by emailing wildflowerframes@gmail.com.
Craft Kits - Just like any downloadable/digital product the craft kit is none returnable and none refundable. As soon as you make your purchase the tutorial is sent out instantly via email and the craft kit is posted out within 3 working days. It would be a little unfair to download the tutorial, read all my trade secrets and then request a refund don't you think? I'm confident you will love your kit. However if you do decide that collage crafting isn't for you then why not gift the kit to a friend or family member, they make such unique and thoughtful presents!

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Our full policy can be viewed HERE but to summarise all physical address and email information is kept private and never sold, marketing and promotional emails are only sent to customers who have opted in and you can opt out at any time.
Do It Yourself Craft Kits
Q. I'm not overly crafty will the kits be suitable for me?
A. Yes! Everything is explained in step by step detail. If you're struggling for inspiration take a look at the gallery section of our website HERE. You can also join our FACEBOOK GROUP for support once you have made a purchase. Remember it doesn't have to be perfect, what matters is that it's made with love.
Q. Is everything I need included in the craft kits?
A. Most things are included in the kits. There's a few extra bits you will need such as scissors and a glue stick for the collages and a hole punch for the message books. You will also need to choose a frame once your collage is complete.
Q. What is a message book?
A. A message book is a handmade book which houses all the lovely handwritten messages from family & friends to keep them safe. You can choose to add on a message book for an additional £8 which includes a part made book, binder rings and full colour instructions for you to finish off the book and add the other half of your cards to.
Q. What do I do with the message half of my cards if I choose the option with no message book?
A. If you choose not to add on a message book to your order then there's some ideas of what to do with the message halves included in our 'top tips' booklet that will arrive in your kit.
Q. What sizes of collage do you offer in craft kits?
A. We offer two choices of size A4 and A3. If you have 30 cards or less then A4 is the perfect size. If you have more than 30 cards then our A3 size is best as it comfortably holds upto 60 cards although at a push you may be able to squeeze in a few more.
Q. How do I access my PDF tutorial?
A. The tutorial(s) are emailed out to the email address you provided at checkout once payment has been made. Open the email and click the link. The file will automatically download to the device you are on and then the link expires. The link can only be clicked once so please open it on the device you wish to view the tutorial on. So if you open it on your laptop the PDF will be in your downloads on your computer and if you open it on your phone it will be stored where downloads are set to go to on your phone.
Q. How do I join the Craft Club Facebook Group?
A. You will need to take a look at your order email to find your order number and then click HERE. Request to join and then answer the membership questions when prompted. I love seeing your creations!
Q. Why are your craft kits exclusive to Wildflower Frames?
A. The craft kits are my own original idea. I spent almost 2 years doing lots of research and trial and error testing before they were ready. I spent a lot of time writing the tutorials to make sure they were just right and designed all the hexagon templates myself for manufacturing. I worked really really hard on them and the reason they are exclusive to us is because the intellectual property rights of our products remains with us and they are protected by both Copyright and Design Right. In other words you won't find them anywhere else :)
Bespoke Commission Frames
Q. Why do you have limited spaces?
A. Every custom made collage and message book takes hours and hours of work. Some larger orders take several days to complete and so I can only take on so many orders each month. I spend a lot of time making sure every order is the best it can be and so I can't rush the process to squeeze extra orders in. I also work part time and have a very energetic toddler, so there's always that too! If commissions are showing as out of stock don't worry, I add more spaces to the website every 4-6 weeks so just keep checking back or sign up to the MAILING LIST to be notified when space is available.
Q. What is One Tree Planted?
A. Since November 2020 we have partnered with One Tree Planted a non-profit organisation who focus on global reforestation. The environment is something I'm really passionate about and so we've committed to planting one tree every time a commission collage is purchased.
Q. Can I request personalisation on the mount?
A. Yes on A4 and A3 commissions. When you check out there is a box to add any text you would like included on your mount. If you prefer it with no text just the mount all the way around then just leave this box blank or write none. If you have personalised cards with your wedding name/date on I can also use these to personalise your collage.
Q. Do collages come framed?
A. No, all bespoke collages are sent unmounted and unframed. This is to minimise the risk of damage during transit as frames are quite fragile and it also helps to keeps postage costs down. It also allows you to have a greater selection of choice when it comes to choosing a frame so you get the perfect frame that compliments the room the collages will be displayed in.
Q. How long are your turnaround times for custom orders?
A. Once your cards have been received I aim to have your finished product posted back to you within 8 weeks.
Q. Can I include photos in my collage?
A. Yes absolutely! If you have any personalised cards with photos on these make lovely additions to a collage. You can also pop some printed photos in when you post your cards or drop me an email with a couple of high resolution images you would like to be included.
