Thank you for your purchase! Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns or refunds on craft kits or bespoke commissions. Bee boxes are eligible for a refund.

Bespoke Commissions

Collages/message books are personalised custom made items and as per government guidelines are exempt from refunds unless faulty. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order then please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item. For bespoke commission slots we are happy to cancel your order and issue a refund providing your cards have not yet been posted and it is within 14 days of placing your order.

Craft Kits

All purchases of our DIY craft kits are final as they include our downloadable digital PDF. We are unable to cancel any order for craft kits as the PDF tutorial is instantly sent to you once the purchase has been made. Also, if you select a message book these are personalised to order. If you have any questions about the DIY kits then please contact us prior to purchasing.

Bee Boxes

Bee boxes are able to be returned at your own cost. Simply drop me a message within 14 days of receipt and pop it in the post. Items need to be received back in the same condition they were sent. Once received and checked over a refund will be issued to you.

Faulty Goods

If you believe the item you purchased to be faulty then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase, I'm more than happy to answer any questions :)
